Meet the Team
Patrick Cook - Owner
After 25 years of executive sales and marketing experience Pat left the corporate world to build Palm Gardens with his father, John. The company was built on the simple premise “that we do what we say we are going to do.” As the owner of Palm Gardens, Pat is very involved in all aspects of the business and active in field activities including management of key relationships.
Matthew Cook - Vice President Sales and Marketing
Matthew is the son of Pat and grew up in the business. Starting in the business at a very young age has given Matthew a unique perspective of Palm Gardens. He has worked at every level of the service process from loading trucks and servicing properties to cleaning up at the end of the day. His experience benefits our customer base every day as Matthew manages several important relationships and supervises the design and installation of landscape projects.
Jared Steward - Manager Quality Control
Jared is the newest member of the Palm Gardens management team, recently graduating from Arkansas with a BS in Biology. Jared recently earned his Commercial Pesticide Applicators License and manages this process at all properties. Jared also manages the quality control and irrigation inspection process for all commercial and HOA properties.
John Cook - Company Ambassador
At 92 years old, John still shows up to work every morning at 7 AM to make sure everything is in order. He has been with Palm Gardens since day one and was instrumental in helping to build the company from 6 employees and 3 trucks to its current status as an elite commercial landscape company.
Rueben started at Palm Gardens over 15 years ago and has gradually worked his way up through the organization. Rueben manages all aspects of the operational process while interfacing with customers onsite during landscape enhancement installs.
